The Ashford Mansion offers a particularly beautiful and gracious setting for private getaways, weddings, corporate functions, and business retreats. With the entire mansion and surrounding grounds up for rent and at your disposal, guests will enjoy a secluded private getaway free from distractions so that you and your party may enjoy everything that the mansion and its surrounding community have to offer.

Our rates and packages are as follows:

• 2 Day Minimum Package - $2,000.00

Tired of meeting in the same old conference rooms that all look the same? Are you ready to break out of the Hotel Meeting Room and into an indoor/outdoor facility that can meet all your needs in one location. Ashford Mansion is ideal for having small retreat groups, seminars, workshops or conferences. We will customize your meeting or retreat to meet your specific needs. Full service business center available but remember no cell phone service.

• 1 Night Retreat - $2000
• 2 or 3 Day Retreat- $1500/night

One day wedding bookings give you a elegant wedding celebration and a special night at the mansion for your family and friends in the wedding party.

• 1 Day Wedding Package - $3000 (12 noon until next day 9 AM)

The 2 day wedding bookings are a perfect way for you to do all of your wedding preparations, including a rehearsal or family dinner. Treat yourself to a very relaxing massage in the hands of our massage therapist (by appointment only).

• 2 Day Wedding Package - $4250 (12 noon Friday till 9 AM Sunday)

The 3 day package includes the day after the wedding, to "catch your breath", open the wedding presents, visit, reflect and relax. This is the most ideal booking, allowing you to create a time of family reunion centered around "your wedding". Rehearsals, Rehearsal Dinners, opening the wedding gifts surrounded by your family, Post-Wedding Day family dinners and all other such events that precede and follow the main event is then possible along with this one booking.

• 3 Day Wedding Package - $5250 (Friday 12 noon until Monday)

• Personal Concierge

Personal Concierge will be provided for you prior to your arrival as well as for the duration of your stay at Ashford Mansion.

Once one of our skilled reservation agents has scheduled your getaway or event, a follow up phone call will be placed by your Private Concierge. They will help you plan and arrange your transportation, dining experiences, grocery delivery and any and all activities imaginable. We want to ensure that all arrangements are made prior to your arrival in Ashford so that your vacation is truly worry free. Our goal is to provide all Ashford Mansion guests with the best Mt Rainier experience possible.

In order to ensure a flawless check-in, upon arrival your Private Concierge will then give you a personal tour of the property where you will be welcomed with the lights on and the fireplace roaring when appropriate. An itinerary will be presented to you, explaining all of the arrangements previously made. Your Private Concierge will personally see to it that you are cared for the entire duration of your stay. All of this will make certain that you will have a fun-filled, stress-free vacation because all of the planning and arranging will be done before you get into town.
